Many a times, banana is wrongly cursed by people for calories and weight gain and thus excluded from the diet. Everytime I advised it to my clients, their eyes popped wide and they questioned ‘Won’t banana make me gain weight?’ What we need to understand is, anything and everything in excess is going to have undesired effects. But, if we know what to eat and how much to eat, most of our doubts are sorted.
